i1win does not charge a registration fee. However, your mobile network operator or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees when you deposit or withdraw funds. These third-party fees are outside i1win's control and are your responsibility.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

i1win processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 4. Bonuses and Promotions

All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the Promotion is offered.

1. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each Promotion will be specified in the individual Promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
2. Bonuses are credited to your i1win account upon fulfilment of any stated deposit condition. Bonuses expire if not used within the validity period stated in the Promotion terms; expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
3. i1win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Promotion is cancelled after a player has already satisfied the deposit condition, i1win will honour any bonus funds already credited.
4. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, or exploiting technical errors to generate irregular bonus balances — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
5. i1win reserves the right to exclude any player from Promotions at its sole discretion, including where a player's betting patterns suggest the primary purpose of their account use is to exploit Promotional offers rather than to play for entertainment.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed through i1win are governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

1. All bets are final once confirmed. i1win does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error on i1win's part is demonstrated. In such cases, i1win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
2. The minimum bet stake per market is ৳10. Maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and event. i1win reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including on individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.
3. All casino games and slots available on i1win are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. i1win does not alter, manipulate, or influence game results in any way.
4. In the event of a disputed result, i1win's decision is final. Where a technical error or system fault affects the outcome of a bet or game round, i1win reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake. i1win's liability in such circumstances is limited to returning the original stake amount.

2. i1win is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond i1win's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party payment provider delays, government actions, or natural disasters.
3. i1win does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access. i1win will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits i1win's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Termination of Account

You may close your i1win account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

i1win reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) i1win has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering; (c) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users. In the event of termination for cause, i1win may withhold account balances pending investigation.

10. Amendments to These Terms
